Hospital Faces
Hospital Cherukunnu was born in 1964. Then consisted of one building and good will ... the Canossian Sisters were few, but worth to 100, because the needs were many and the first doctors who worked here were almost volunteers!
This photo is made from the window of our apartment when we go there .... we are just below the aqueduct, on top of the tallest building. All around there is a dense vegetation, as far as the eye can see.
And at night, in addition to the noises of the hospital, you can not hear lots of good noises from the forest ....
This plaque summarizes the most important stages of growth of the complex that includes the convent, the hospital, the former leper colony now become college for nurses, the School and much more .. .
Every year we repainted everything! The monsoon is the plaster mold in a few months back and even the floor at only two or three years ago.
